EXTENDED PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

I have again decided to offer payment over and extended term. I have previously offered this option but had to withdraw it due to an unacceptable  number of  transactions failing to be completed. Once a customer has expressed an interest in purchasing an item over an extended period it is no longer available to other potential customers and therefore if the transaction is ultimately not completed I have potentially lost other buyers.

In order to minimise the likelihood of transactions failing to go through to completion and to try and ensure only serious buyers use this facility the terms and conditions are set out below.

1. Minimum total order value  £1000.  Once agreed no further items may be added to order. If further items requested these will be part of a separate transaction.

2. Payment to be in 3 equal installments over a maximum period of 3 months

3. The first installment to include a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 10% TOTAL ORDER VALUE

4.  The 3 month period will commence on receipt of order. Items will be reserved for 7 days pending  receipt of 1st installment and deposit. If payment not received during this time items will become   available to other buyers until received.

5. The  price at time of agreeing purchase on extended terms will remain fixed throughout 3 month term regardless of any change (either up or down) of prices listed on website

6. If at any time during 3 month period buyer no longer wishes to complete transaction. All payments received will be returned LESS 10% DEPOSIT. No interest will be paid on returned payments

Written confirmation will be sent ( or pdf if preferred ) to confirm transaction.

Full acceptance of the above terms and conditions is assumed (including 10% deposit) if this extended payment facility is used.
